Remy Cohen
Remy started his career as an economist at the International Monetary Fund in Washington, then he entered into investment banking activity with Euromobiliare (a leading Italian Investment Bank) where he was involved in Project Financing, M & A, and Capital Markets. Since 1994 Remy is the CEO and founding partner of Cohen & Co a leading infrastructure finance advisory firm. In that capacity he also represented in Italy Bear Stearns (1994-2000) and Macquarie Bank (2003-2007).
Pablo Terpolilli
Pablo Terpolilli is a co-founder of PACT-AM, an advisory and independent sponsor active in Europe and the Americas. Throughout his professional career Pablo held various banking roles in leveraged finance and distressed trading at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in both London and New York, and in special situations at UBS, since joining the High Yield Division at investment bank Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in New York in 1998.
Shlomo Nasser
Shlomo Nasser has over 17 years of investment experience and leading investment groups in both technology and real estate investments. Shlomo is a major shareholder and an executive in both family businesses Gelmart International and Philexcel Business Parks. Shlomo started his career working in the wealth management division’s of both Goldman Sachs London, and Morgan Stanley, in New York. He also completed his MBA at the Gabelli School of Business.
